Gentle Yoga Flow

This playful gentle flow class is designed for all levels. Certified yoga instructor Kyla Cech will offer lots of verbal cues for alignment, breath and grounding and introduce poses with several alternatives to suit a wide range of students. This class follows a hatha yoga structure with amore energizing first half and a relaxing end.
