Barbara Crowley, certified yoga nidra instructor, will lead students as they lie down to rest their bodies and minds in the deep restorative practices of yoga nidra. *Note: Wear comfortable clothes in layers, bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat if you have them to be comfortable lying down. Don't eat a full meal before class, a light meal or snack is o.k.*
