Self Compassion for a Healthy Life


Learning to treat ourselves with compassion and kindness becomes easier when we learn to observe our thinking and ackowledge our feelings without judgement or exaggeration. In this class you will learn how to redirect and reframe your thoughts through mindfulness practice and tune into your inner nature through brief but powerful guided meditations.  You'll expolre how self-compassion can lead to incredible transformation and mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
